Owner/Captain Joe Mellen has a 100 ton US Coast Guard Captain’s License and 16 years sailing experience in the Virgin Islands. He is also an excellent Chef with a degree in Hotel Restaurant management and experience in running resorts and restaurants in tourist destinations including Aspen, Mexico, Bali, and Australia. Your crew will be only too pleased to share his expertise and knowledge with his guests.
